Our inner self makes up the soul, life force (Energy, metabolism) and our essence. Within the diabolic life we live, our life force is often interrupted. Because of the many external influences affecting our lives each day, we often face and must battle the untamed emotions that express anger, fear, excitement, pain, resentment and so on.


Throughout the world problems develop, each day and the problems seem to grow larger. We must recognize that the power is not in our hands, rather the hands of the creator. By recognizing that you have limited control over all situations you face, you can work to cultivate self-control.

Presently the US is continuing to battle overseas with Iraq. This war is causing enormous stress on millions of people internationally and has caused a great need to develop self-control. Despite the fact that US military spotted Bin Latin and could have stopped this war some time ago, we all must face the challenge of facing wars.

With these ungodly changes taking place in our world, it makes it harder for one to cultivate self-control. However, we must check our untamed emotions often to uphold positive thinking, which is a part of self-control.

Untamed emotions are undomesticated and uncultivated feelings. Amazingly, these emotions despite that they cause us to strike out in anger have natural elements that require our attention. By cultivating the emotions, we have the power to cultivate self-control.

Our emotions require that we reclaim our learning, knowledge, self-identity, and so on. We must stop subjugating in order to conquer emotions that take a toll on our life. We must work toward developing a meek, docile attitude. Meekness makes us humble, which there is no law against.

By developing loving qualities, we can manage the untamed emotions, since one will develop self-awareness that helps him or her to see when the emotions are triggered. This is the key to developing self-control. When you can become aware of your emotional responses, you have the power to catch them before action occurs.

Usually, emotions are, activated when triggered by external sources, which causes the emotions to feel confronted. Our thoughts buried in the subliminal mind will hit the trigger of the emotions and cause us to act in accord to the way we perceive things at the time.

We must learn our trigger points (weaknesses) and our inner strengths to take control of untamed emotions.

Some of the best ways to manage the emotions is through mediation. Self-awareness is needed to use meditation effectively to analyze untamed emotions. You can develop self-awareness by learning to meditate effectively and practicing often. We all have the ability to alter the emotions.

Self-control is fundamentally needed in these days and times. Self-control must be urbanized so that one can continue to shape his life in a constructive way. Notice the keyword, constructive.

When you decide to work through taming the emotions and cultivating self-control, you will need to make constructive changes repeatedly. Therefore, develop your creative mind and you will go a long way with cultivating self-control while taming the emotions.

We have many ways to tame emotions and work to develop self-control. YOU have the power within you to make the necessary changes that will only lead you to success.
